Welcome to the NotionNext application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Before using this application, please read the following terms of use carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Scope of Service

1.1 The scope of services provided by this application is limited to obtaining user-authorized Notion pages and generating them into an online blog.

1.2 The application does not review or edit the content submitted by users, and users are responsible for the content they submit.

1.3 Users should comply with relevant laws, regulations, and these terms of use when using the application and must not engage in any illegal or infringing activities using the application.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Users are responsible for the content they submit and ensure that the content they submit does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.

2.2 Users should properly safeguard their account information and passwords. Users shall be responsible for any disclosure or loss of account information caused by themselves.

2.3 Users shall not use the application to engage in any illegal or infringing activities, including but not limited to publishing content that violates laws and regulations or ethical norms, infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others, etc.

3. App Responsibilities

3.1 The application will take necessary technical measures to protect the security of users' personal information and data, but is not responsible for the security and authenticity of the content submitted by users.

3.2 The application will strive to ensure the stability and reliability of the service, but is not responsible for interruptions, suspensions, terminations, etc., caused by force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, etc.

3.3 The application shall not be liable for any consequences arising from users' use of the application.

4. Dispute Resolution

4.1 The interpretation and application of these terms of use and any disputes related to these terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

4.2 In the event of a dispute between the parties arising from these terms of use, they shall resolve it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location where the application is located for litigation.

5. Terms Modification

5.1 The application has the right to modify these terms of use, and the modified terms of use will be posted on the application page.

5.2 If users do not agree to the modified terms of use, they should immediately stop using the application. If users continue to use the application, it will be deemed that they have accepted the modified terms of use.

6. Termination of Agreement

6.1 Users may terminate this agreement at any time, but should delete all content related to the application before termination.

6.2 The application may suspend or terminate the provision of services to users at any time without prior notice to users, and shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.
